What this blog is about.


I have problems.  I am quite sure you have problems too.  Lots of problems.  I want to change myself to address my problems and I am going to document that here.  Why?  Why not.  I am happy to be open on most things.  Perhaps my story will be interesting/useful to others.  Perhaps it will be interesting or useful to you.

All that said, I am not writing this for anyone else, I am writing it for myself.   

Everyone has problems.  Here are my problems:

Lack of Energy

Weight

Fitness

Making Money/Working Hard at my job.

General Unhappiness

Mental Illness

Want to do something “meaningful”



So, some very common problems but also some unusual ones.  Especially the mental illness one which is quite unusual.  I’m not quite sure how I will handle that on this blog but I will.

Key thing: many of these problems go together.  So, solving one will solve others.  But this is hard.  I have written notes like this etc for a long time and I am here doing it again.  But, this time it will be different.  TIME to act.  

Finally, I want to say something to myself and others.  In the past I have exhorting myself to change this or that.  I have beaten myself up to eat low carb or believe certain things or exercise.  A good word for this is MUSTerbation - http://home.insightbb.com/~bjhpro/Office_Web_Page/Musterbation.html.  This time that is going to stop.  Not more beating myself up.  No more “exhortations”.  Just a series of small concrete actions.
